Frank Dudley has earned the DAF Supplier Gold Award for the fourth consecutive year, and this achievement means so much to the team. It may say a lot about our 2025, but it is a huge indicator of how Frank Dudley works as a manufacturing partner.
What the award recognises
The DAF Supplier Gold Award is presented to suppliers who achieve a quality PPM (Parts Per Million) score of under 10 – a demanding standard in any sector.
In 2025, Frank Dudley recorded a score of 6 – well inside the threshold, and a clear demonstration that precision and consistency are embedded in how we work, not just aimed for.
2025 was a significant year for our relationship with DAF: we supplied 68 part numbers at a total volume of 334,145, and across 213 deliveries, we achieved a Delivery Performance OTIF of 99.87%. This kept DAF’s Just-in-Time system running exactly as it needed to.
That figure matters because JIT leaves no room for error. A missed delivery window is enough to disrupt an entire production line, so maintaining near-perfect OTIF at that volume, across that many deliveries, is where the real work happens.
Growth that doesn’t cost you quality
When Frank Dudley first won the Gold Award, we were supplying 13 part numbers at a volume of 55,191. Today, those numbers stand at 68 part numbers and 334,145 in volume. That is substantial growth by any measure!
However, what we are most proud of is that not one percentage point of quality or delivery performance was sacrificed to achieve it.

It is the framework that allows us to scale a customer relationship, take on greater complexity, and still hit the same exacting standards we committed to from day one. Growth without discipline is a huge risk, and our record with DAF is proof that the two don’t have to be in tension.
The outlook for 2026 is encouraging, as we are projecting growth into 82 part numbers with an expected volume of 404,442. Our targets remain unchanged: 100% OTIF and a PPM score under 10. The goal isn’t to rest on four consecutive awards; it is to make the fifth one inevitable!
