DEEP DRAWN
COMPONENTS
AND PARTS.
Frank Dudley Limited (FDL) is a specialist manufacturer of deep drawn components, producing high-precision deep drawn parts for a wide range of industries. With decades of experience, a world-class production facility and a commitment to exceptional quality, we deliver deep drawn stampings that reduce costs, minimise waste and maximise component strength.
Our deep drawn pressing process transforms flat sheet metal – from mild steel to stainless steel and aluminium – into complex, seamless three-dimensional shapes. The result is a stronger, more consistent component with less material waste than fabricated alternatives.
Every deep drawn part we produce is manufactured by skilled teams using state-of-the-art equipment, with expert engineering guidance available at every stage of your project, from initial concept through to final production.

DEEP DRAWN EXPERTISE
Quality DEEP DRAWN
COMPONENTS
Deep drawn stampings can significantly reduce operational and assembly costs while minimising waste. At FDL, we have refined this complex process over decades, combining our founding expertise with the knowledge and skills of our in-house engineering teams.
Our deep drawn pressing processes are designed to produce final shapes that minimise waste while enhancing the structure and strength of each part – so you never pay for metal that ends up as scrap, and you never compromise on quality.
We produce stainless steel and aluminium deep drawn components for a wide range of applications, examples include:
- Automotive deep drawn parts
- Marine components
- Consumer products
- Agricultural applications
- Engine components
If you are unsure whether deep drawn stampings are the right solution for your application, our engineers are ready to provide professional advice – whether it’s guidance on shell height, radii, materials or production volumes.

EXPERT DEEP DRAWN
STAMPING CAPABILITIES
Our deep drawn stamping capability is built on precision tooling, experienced engineering teams and a rigorous quality process. We manufacture deep drawn components from stainless steel, aluminium and other materials to meet the most demanding application requirements.
Every deep drawn part is engineered to minimise waste while enhancing structural integrity – ensuring you receive a robust, precision component that meets your exact specifications without compromise.
As a family-owned manufacturer, we combine the personal service and flexibility of a specialist supplier with the capacity and quality standards expected by global OEMs and Tier 1 manufacturers, supporting everything from small batch work through to low- and high-volume production.

Components in stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel from 0.5mm to 15mm thick.

We serve a wide array of industries and applications worldwide.

In-process controls and quality checks ensure every component meets your specifications.
